MOBILITY AND FLEXIBILITY
Mobility and flexibility are the basics to the correct execution of each movement in fitness. The lack of both can cause a limit in your movement therefore it is elementary make streching a part of your rutine. Streching before and after a workout can also prevent injuries and fasten the recovery of your muscles. Come and try to make yourself more agile and learn the best way to improve your body. The class is hold in English.

This 30 minutes class in mobility and flexibility by instructor Martin is scheduled right after Bootcamp (BC2) on Tuesdays and Slaktaren (CrossFit) on Thursdays. A great ending after a hard workout. Come and try yourself, you might be surpriced how your body will respond to the session!
