INTRO & TEKNIKK-TIME SLAKTAREN
Functional lesson that focuses on the overall development of fitness for beginners and lightly advanced. We will focus mainly on the technical component of the individual exercises from the athletics, gymnastics and weightlifting sector with focus on the correct technical execution. Each lesson will be focused on different movement testing your mobility, strenght and will. Come and try yourself! The class is hold in English.
